Wedding Menus at Taychreggan
Our head chef has a simply presented short menu, innovative style and great attention to detail in the small selection of dishes for your exclusive use reception or private party.
At Taychreggan we serve the same set menu to all guests. Wedding menus can be tailored to suit from a 3 course to a five course. Pick one choice from each course for all of your guests. The Appetiser and Intermediate courses will be selected by the Chef to compliment your choices. Please see further down the page for the junior dinner menu, hungry dancer options and canapes.

Creamy Barley & Chestnut Risotto - Wilted Greens - Fried Duck Egg - Beetroot
Three texture chocolate brownie - nuts - frozen milk
Warm Date Cake - Toffee Sauce - Caramel Ice Cream
Vanilla Panna Cotta - Berries - Almonds
Lemon Drizzle Cake - Honeyed Cream - Citrus Sorbet
Cheese can also be taken as an additional course either before or after dessert

We also offer a junior wedding menu for our younger guests, drinks and canape menu after your ceremony along with 'hungry dancer' options for a buffet in the eveniing, please ask us for more details on any of these or to discuss your wedding meal requirements in more detail. Our Head Chef is more than happy to spend time with you to discuss exactly what it is you would like at your exclusive use wedding.
